Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

1. Owning design, strategy, and quality of software development for Merchant Growth
2. Translating objectives into iterative MVPs, evaluate and then refactor into a scalable and extensible design
3. Mentor your engineers to ensure their growth and engagement in through experience and knowledge base sharing
4. Manage by evaluating team workload and develop a staffing plan, aprojects and balance workload to ensure continuous delivery
5. Designing and developing highly scalable, highly available, reliable, secure and fault-tolerant systems with minimal guidance
6. Building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments
7. Researching on new technologies and tools
8. Leading and improving a team of 5 to 10
9. Coaching team member developers to grow to their utmost potentials.
10. Responsible in developing and maintaining sub-systems to be secure, stable, easy to use and beautiful.
11. Participate in preparing systems requirements, specifications and design.
12. Ensure maintainability of core app assets and artifacts.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology)
2. Male/ Female, Max. 30 years old
3. Experience as full stack software developer: Node.Js, JavaScript, Flutter, PHP (Laravel)
4. Familiar with MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ
5. Experience with Agile Methodology and SCRUM
6. Experienced in test automation, code coverage and static code analysis
7. Having knowledge about security server, networking, visualization, automation infrastructure, linux administrator and microservice
8. Knowledge of CI/CD development tools such as github, jenkins, docker, kubernets.
9. Familiar with GCP, AWS, and Microsoft azure
10. Possesses good problem solving and debugging skills, able to identify bugs and trace them down to the source
11. Good leader and experienced in leading team
12. Fun to work with and a team player
13. Willingness to learn from others, to share and to grow
14. Self motivated and able to inspire people to be motivated
15. Willing to work at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
